What software should I use to communicate with and train remote employees?
I run a startup that is made up of distributed teams, it is completely remote. I would like to keep everyone on the team on the same page and train them. What software should I use? Any recommendations?

I've used a lot of tools, but I have a hard time recommending things for this without knowing more about what specific gaps you need to fill.
We recently started using a SaaS app called Koan to track team progress on individual and organizational OKRs and I like it quite a bit - others would probably be fine doing a similar thing in a spreadsheet.
We also have some training in our learning management system (videos, quizzes) for self-learning.
I've seen some teams really enjoying Miro (not for me), and some using some of the "video game" style remote presence tools.
Ultimately I think you should workshop this w/ your team and find out what they feel they have been missing / need addressed.
