Ask HN: How do I get a FAANG job in security?

To be fully transparent, its the crazy high salaries that are attractive, particularly Facebook and Netflix.

I have ~6 years of total IT/Cloud experience, most of that in actual consulting (not House Of Lies consulting). I have a lot of experience with strategy, engineering, architecture, evangelism, etc. I consider myself to have both a technical understanding of security and a very deep managerial/non-technical understanding.

I am currently making a little over 200k/yr + bonus. I am looking at security leadership or management jobs paying 400+

I know this is a long shot, but does anyone have any advice on finding these jobs? Are they even publicly listed? Do I need to talk to an internal recruiter and ask? Thanks a lot in advance!
