Hopefully. I wonder if the infrared pictures will stop if you disable the setting. Also, I wonder what effect this will have on battery life.

There has to be a better medium for this than some 1min long narrow video that stops playing when I switch tabs.

Can't wait for the attention web API to show up in Chrome. Pretense: pause your video when you're not watching. Practice: can't get past the ads unless you are determined to be paying attention to them.
