Is there a software to de-blue a video?

Some movies/series are so much blue-orangey that it is really unbearable to watch. So I am wondering, is there a way to make it look somehow normal? Some filter for VLC or some other standalone software to process the file? De-saturating and hue shifting isn't very pretty. What are your thoughts on this, please?

You could watch (or edit) movies in Premiere or any other editing software with color correcting/grading. But there really isn't much to work with once you are talking about finished movies. I'm not sure it would be worth the effort.
I really hate this trend too (I call it the 'Cyan Filter'). It's become so prevalent of late that I almost sigh with relief when a film or TV series comes on that doesn't have the "Cyan Filter turned up to eleven".

Dear film graders. When people's teeth and the whites of their eyes have actually turned cyan, it's time to back off the dial a bit!

you could try DJV player [0] which is a specialised player for the film and VFX industry. I believe you can apply colour LUTs with the built in support for OpenColorIO.

Change the white balance of your monitor. Some of them call it movie-TV-games-computer
