Hey HN! We built a service for launching mobile app surveys in 5 lines of code.
Over our careers, my cofounders and I have worked on several early-stage products and one thing that we observed is that user research and feedback are critical to guiding product decisions (I’m sure you all have observed this too). We also noticed that conventional user research methods pose several challenges (especially for startups).
For example, 1:1 interviews don’t give you confidence that you’ve heard a diverse set of opinions. Email surveys are often answered hours or days after a user experienced what you’re collecting feedback on. Custom surveys with complex targeting, logic, and storage built in-house have questionable ROI.
This is why we built µSurveys (MicroSurveys). 30 minutes of setup and 5 lines of code enables you to send fully customizable surveys to a large set of your users, while the actions they’re giving feedback on are still fresh in their memory.
