I have mostly used Rails for web apps, but I've used Sinatra, Codeigniter, and other MVC web frameworks.

I have used plenty of javascript frameworks, Prototype/Scriptaculous and jQuery are my favorites, but I think YUI, Dojo, Cappuccino, and Sproutcore are great and I have done some work with them.
