For those not familiar with woke jargon, "diversity" means that superficial differences like sex and skin color are very good, as long as there's absolute conformity of thought. "Inclusion" effectively means not saying anything that could offend anyone, anywhere. It's incompatible with free expression.

This is not trying to remove obstacles or amend unfair procedures; this is setting racial equality of outcome as a goal.

These are very backward, very illiberal ideas and should be unapologetically rejected, no matter how fashionable they are right now.
