There's zero context here, but I'm guessing the wildly unpopular Google Union has exploded into inevitable political mudslinging and drama?

If I were a Google executive, I'd be laughing hysterically.

The handwritten notes go from coherent and logical to irrational scribbles over the course of the document. You can see it not only in the content but also the style of handwriting. It honestly feels like the output of someone with a serious mental illness and I hope this person gets the help they need because no job should make you write "GASLIGHTING" in scribbled all caps across a document that isn't even part of the company you work for.
