Ask HN: Best way to have customers automatically download files?

I have a side project where people buy 1 or more large (100GB) files from my server, which take a while to generate.

I would like to provide an easy way for customers to have their computers automatically start downloading these files as they become available in a S3 Bucket.

A rclone cron job would be simple, but that's too hard for non techincal people.

Do I need to make my own app wrapper for rclone? Or is there a pre-existing tool for this?

Most of my customers are on Windows.
