We are happy to share that we've just released Appwrite 0.8 that takes Appwrite a step closer to becoming a complete open-source alternative to Firebase. The new Appwrite version adds support for JWT auth, ARM devices, Anonymous login, and advanced image manipulations. We'd love any feedback and requests for new features!
Appwrite already has support for Database, Authentication, Storage, and Cloud Functions. In addition, the team is working to finalize support for real-time, GraphQL, MongoDB, and other pretty cool features that are in the pipeline.
