I seriously can't believe that Nanite and Lumen can possibly work as good as they seem to look. There has got to be a catch, that demo video is way too cool. I also seriously love how they're focusing on fixing the VCS problems, it was my number one gripe with Unreal before - followed by their C++ flavor being too full of complex macros (at least for me, as I'm not too experienced in C++ and they really confuse me).
It looks beautiful, but oof, those minimum system requirements. GTX 2080 and 64GB of system RAM just to get 30fps? That's asking a lot. Most games won't accept that even for photorealistic graphics.
