I get that some tweets might be difficult to summarize for a submission title but this title seems to be more interpretation than anything else.

The tweet actually says "@kuschku is going hard, she seems like she's done with this shit" (no idea what this means) while the image seems to be a screenshot of an Android IRC client that warns users of a network. The screenshot doesn't even show which network that is.

@kuschku is the developer of Quasseldroid, the pictured Android IRC client. Quasseldroid displays the screenshotted warning when joining channels on Leenode.
