AL was once a good platform for startups looking for undiscovered talent.

But today, post a job and all you get is a ton of unqualified resumes.

How would you make it a more useful place?

Sure that is an AL problem? The market is such that even I as a junior at a not very notable company get 5-10 recruiters a week.

I suppose that's not a bad thing for job seekers (or non-seekers).
