Russian argument: If you're going to throw a hissy fit and refuse to fly over Belarus, you can just fuck off then.

Austrian response: refuse Russian planes to land in Austria, which use Russian or Belarusian airspace.

Argument: unsafe for Austria, if flights come via these airspaces..
