Ask HN: After testing positive for Covid antibodies which vax is most beneficial

I am taking this test: https://elicity.health/our-tests/details/covid-19-antibody I will soon be required to get vaccinated for COVID. If I test positive for antibodies which of the multitude of vaccines would be the least risky and most beneficial long term? I have not received the results yet but would like to be prepared with a decision when they come back. Very interested to hear opinions!
