At that price people who could benefit from this could justify surgery pretty quickly (at least cost wise)

Surgery is traumatic and the people who benefit from weight loss the most are also highest risk for surgery.

This is likely a very good alternative to surgery for many people.

I said at least cost wise not that it was the best option for every one.

Adderral was originally a weight loss drug. It is one of the most intense appetite suppressants ever, and a lot cheaper than this. You can easily go days without eating.

Yes and this new drug has not been studied as throughly as adderall and complications will likely come to light at a late date. By that time the drug company will have moved on to its next drug. Repeat
