It's back now. Isupme and the like were reporting it down for everyone, when I posted the above

You must be looking at the wrong thing. He tweets constantly.[1]

Duh! My bad. I don't use Twitter, so I just glanced at the page and saw the tweet at the top was from 2016. I didn't notice it was an old 'pinned tweet'
