Ask HN: How do you deal with "task immersion" when juggling projects?

Do others find that it can be really difficult to move on to another task if you reach a state of "flow" with something technical? I feel like my mind gets so wrapped up in a problem that it might take 2 hours to "re-immerse" myself and land where I left off...
