Toronto as testing community

Has anyone had any experience launching a product in Toronto?

Toronto's tech scene seems to be growing. At the customer level, it seems to be full of early adopters. Facebook grew incredibly quickly in Toronto - I believe that the Toronto network in 2007 was among the biggest.

Does anyone have any experience building or launching a product to Torontonians? Can you compare that experience to launching in, say, SF or NY?
