How does web / app tracking work? What data is collected?

One of my installed apps uses 9 trackers: - AppsFlyer - Facebook Login - Facebook Share - Google AdMob - Google Firebase Analytics - Google CrashLytics - MixPanel - Branch

What kind of data is collected? If I search for information on the Google stuff, I find none. Thx for your help.
