Some companies have stipends for personal/career development. Most of mine is normally free (learning from peers, blog posts, YouTube, etc). Any paid sources that you find especially valuable?

I have a membership to the ACM. One perk of the membership is you get a free subscription to the O'Reilly learning platform. Which has thousands of book available. It is a really good deal, as a O'Reilly subscription is $39/month and the ACM Membership is $99/year.
