We Should Rename the Internet (chrbutler.com)

Yeah not so sure about that… the internet at its core is a network of networks that are considered to be “inter-networked.” I think the internet is a perfectly suitable name.

As long as it doesn't get renamed 'The Oasis', I'm good.

In the coming CYBER WAR, many countries will disconnect themselves from the internet.

And they will name themselves China net, Russia net, US net and so on.
