Real-time bidding data breach: ICCL suing IAB (iccl.ie)

The Irish Council for Civil Liberties is suing Hamburg branch of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and others over what it describes as "the world's largest data breach". IAB members include Facebook, Google and Amazon.

This follows a similar complaint, when the European data privacy law GDPR was launched in May 2018, but the investigation is still continuing three years later.
