Not only this, but the new "Millionaire Tax" proposal didn't help either, where they suggested 30% extra tax for any savings over 100K SEK (10K USD) and then an EXTRA 30% if you invest that money into a company.

Such taxes just begs businesses to stay away from Sweden, I'd say it even discourages investments at all.

Adding to that a collapsing electrical infrastructure with sky-high electricity costs as a result.

I haven't lived in Sweden in quite some time, and don't really follow the news on a daily basis.

I searched for the term (in Swedish) and all I could find was suggestions to implement a new tax on capital, and I couldn't find any suggestions as to what that tax should look like other than a statement that it should affect the top 1% in Sweden. I'm pretty sure that having 100k in savings does not get you in the top 1%.

That's just it, the government says it will only affect the rich, but that's not true at all. It will affect the average person that has life savings capital in stock and like to invest in areas where it will grow.
