Ask HN: How is back to the office impacting the employees/morale on your teams?

I was told this evening that two developers on my team resigned (I was off for the day) over the back to the office plan, bring the team down to just myself and my team lead. Just a few months ago we had 6 developers.

Have you started losing people over it yet?
