Ask HN: ImprovMX Is Searching for a SysOps

(to the moderators: I hope this is ok, otherwise, my apologies).

ImprovMX.com is an email forwarding service that is growing quickly, and as such, we are looking for a server administrator capable of managing a fleet of servers (under Debian) and have extended knowledge about how emails works (SPF/DKIM/DMARC/DNSBL)

Your task would be to ensure that the systems are working fine, and improve their interconnections. For instance, improving the time spent analyzing an email for Spam. Right now, the service is built on top of a custom architecture with powerful servers at OVH, but we are working on migrating the service to AWS, so knowledge of the AWS ecosystem is a plus (but not a requirement).

Please provide evidence that you know your way around servers and/or emails by providing either links to jobs or projects you did in the past, that we can verify.

We are looking for a part-time contracting job at first, with a contract: Invoices will be sent to you so you must be incorporated.
