Hey everyone, my cofounder and I have been working on a tool to help give engineers more power in the job search process by making it easier to understand what companies recruitment process looks like, generate and manage tailored CVs more easily, and help optimise the compensation negotiation process. We're just getting started, but would really appreciate any feedback or thoughts on our landing page and value prop.

Crucially we don't want to be a jobs board or be paid for companies and turn into an automated recruiter because of misaligned incentives.

Some of the key problems we're trying to solve are:

- Opaque hiring processes

- Lack of leverage from SWEs mean companies can dictate candidates must do things like take home tests

- CVs are broken (why can I not have one "main" CV and automatically tailor that to a given job spec, or at least see where my CV is strong and weak for a given job spec)

- Generally it's a pain for me to manage job applications over 20+ potential jobs

- I don't know when I've been ghosted

We're super early days and we're looking for beta testers who are looking for jobs now or soon and can give us feedback on where we are so far, so please if you or anyone you know fit this description please let us know!

Cheers,

Cameron

Really agree there's a massive imbalance between recruitment tools for companies and software engineers that leads to a power imbalance in the hiring process - I think this sounds awesome!!
The opaqueness of hiring drives me insane. I’ll sign up for the beta to help.
I've had to spend a lot of time doing this manually with Google sheets, Folders and other hacks! Nice to see a single dashboard to help handle all my job application needs. Amazing work guys! Dope website too.
Amazing website! Recruitment is definitely an area that could do with some improvement. Go for it guys!
