Microsoft Word takes so long to echo the characters I type I can't stand to use it. I'd like to use Adobe's Dreamweaver but it's about as responsive as someone who smoked all the joints Bob Marley sings about at the same time.
I have been thinking about making a Chaplinesque video skit about a carpenter using a hammer that returns the impact from 4 to 6 seconds (unpredictably) after the nail to show what it feels like.
