If by 'inspired' you mean 'ripped off'. No idea which one came first but the javascript and html structure for both pages is pretty much identical in the places that count.
That can't possibly be serious. It's got to be some joke about what they give you for referrals or that is the surest sign of a bubble you could ever ask for.
