Hi all, we've been thinking a lot about the future of work, especially for software engineers. I think we're at a pivotal moment in history: the variance between different employers is probably going to become very wide in Q3/Q4, and there's value in bringing transparency to things like how work-life balance, workplace flexibility, and overall culture / "vibe" varies from company to company.

Ultimately I think a lot of progress has been made (e.g. greater availability of remote work opportunities), but I'm not convinced it will stick long-term unless companies know they're being evaluated on it and engineers know they have options.

We unlock each page of per-company results once we hit a minimum response count for anonymity. We've got a few dozen responses already and I hope you take a few minutes to fill it out and then check out the results. Thank you.
