Ask HN: Looking for a good quantum mechanics MOOC or book

I'm looking for a recommendation. My high schooler has taken AP Physics 1 and AP Calc 1 and wants to learn about quantum mechanics.

I haven't done anything in it since college, so I said I'd love to re-learn it with him. We're making it a summer project. I loved taking qm in college and would love to share this with him.

We're not afraid of math, but I'd prefer anything be either easily understood or at an AP Calc II level. So many books out there are either graduate level texts or have no math and/or are more like pop science.

I looked at MOOCs (on Coursera) and didn't find what I was looking for. Looked at books on Amazon but there are so many that claim to be what I'm looking for but since I can't really thumb through the books, I can't tell for sure what's in them.

So I'm hoping someone has a good recommendation here. He'd prefer a MOOC, I'd prefer a book, so we're open to either. Math up to college undergrad calc and algebra is good, but something without math is ok if it is still engaging and educational.
