But fortunately in my case when I started with my company I was having to use Jira a lot. We found that not only was the documentation pretty bad, but the company steadfastly refused to help with any of our issues. When you’re trying to onboard new QA folks especially, Atlasian just dumped a large document on your lap and says here good luck. Took a while but we finally got rid of Atlasian tools, it was just too much effort for something another package could and does provide just as well.
