It seems like a double standard to sue the producers of fossil fuels, but not the users who actually burn them and polute the air with them.

I say sue every person who has ever driven a gas vehicle.

This would only be fair, right?

They just sell a product that consumers want. If people want to reduce co2 emissions, just stop buying anything involving fossile fuels. Which is every product on the market today.
