Also sounds like you haven't risen above the first couple tiers of any given organization, because a lot of your complaints are bottom-of-the-ranks type stuff:

You are compensated with money, benefits, and possibly equity. If instead you want happiness then quit working. You don’t need that job to be happy.
Join the peace corp, Doctors Without Borders, or the military. Go do something. I have been on 5 deployments to the Middle East and have learned so much from it.
