Ask HN: How can I unsubscribe myself from some startup recruitment tool?

I have recently started to get about 5-10 emails per week from startups who want me to have a quick chat with them about their ground breaking thing.

This is on my personal email that I don't give out and have been able to keep fairly spam free since 2006.

Do I have any recourse under can-spam? None of the email are "mass mail", but they are unsolicited, and they are from real people.

How can I find out who has my email and delete it from there?
