This is like saying you solved all your customer's problems by writing a jargon filled GitHub Issue feature request.

It's not done until it's in production baby.

> (a) There is established a White House Competition Council (Council) within the Executive Office of the President. > (b) The Council shall coordinate, promote, and advance Federal Government efforts to address overconcentration, monopolization, and unfair competition in or directly affecting the American economy,

but the money shot:

This council is led by Daniel Hornung. Wish him luck and hope there's power to wield here.

So he went to all the trouble of issuing an executive order so he could...create a committee with no real teeth (and declare that a bunch of stuff was "the policy of this administration" without actually doing anything about it). Exciting stuff. I'm sure no one's happier than the monopolies that this is performative rather than practical.
What are you talking about? Enforcement of law is handled by the DOJ.
(d) just means that enforcement is handled by the Justice Department, as it should. This new council is for policy.
waiting for the implementation. excited for NN
Promoting competition? More like punishing non-donors.

What needs to be reeled in is Google, Facebook, Amazon, & Twitter but all of these companies were huge donors to the Biden Administration.

Sounds good on paper but there is a good chance this just makes the expected value of the bets spent on government influence by anti-competitive forces go up in the long term.
