Leadership - because it is something that AI cannot do. It requires Human intelligence and heart. :)
How many people have you known in that position that had little or none of those?
Just a couple ideas to consider:

Design and Applied Creativity: AI can be “creative,” but it can’t know what to implement or how, especially for totally new applications.

Vision and Innovation: AI can “predict,” but these predictions model the future using the past as input. Imagination and innovation emerges from a multitude of experiences.

Scouting semi trailers containing useful supplies, breaking in to them, and then defending the position until the contents are used or repositioned.

Pessimistically speaking.

The biggest one I can think of is accessibility first. We have mobile first, but accessibility first is about designing systems for those who have vision; mobility; cognitive and hearing problems as well as the ageing population.
Community networking, working with others in a network to get projects done that benefit the local community.
