There has to be another reason. Maybe Apple is polling weather data from another source that has a slight variation in measurements or something.
I refuse to believe they're tampering with the data just to avoid slight smirks by whoever thinks of a sex joke. That would be too moronic. But again, it's the same company that made Discord remove NSFW content for iOS users so... Not a nice thing to do Apple.
