A show hn should be a 'show hn' not a github repository with code and some comments.
Hi, just wanted to point out that I came across many Show HN posts which simply point to the tool's GitHub repo.

Having read the Show HN "guidelines" at https://news.ycombinator.com/showhn.html, I don't see anything wrong with posting a link to the tool's GH repo. There is a (yes, very simple) README which contains everything a user needs to try the tool out and provide constructive feedback.

Teams chat normally loads a URL preview of the page, would this destroy the secret?
Thanks for asking. Loading the secret happens after the page is loaded, via client-side JavaScript, so social preview should not have any effect. Also, the URL does not actually generate any social preview at the moment, which is kinda by accident.
