Is the warby parker allbirds upspoken whiteboarding tech bro finally on the out?

Maybe it's the work from home thing making the performance less possible, or the allure of performing less interesting over a zoom.. but as a consultant I'm seeing a lot less of my the type described in the title. I hope it was only a decade and a half long phase, but I can't be sure.

Are we to see this type of pain in the ass come back out of hibernation soon, writing garbage code and speaking too loudly and frequently about it?
