California is failing because of every leader that has run the place since Reagan. Every terrible policy imaginable has been implemented and decimated the place. As someone who lives in California, the only way to move forward in life is to leave...and it's like that for everyone I talk to here. Nobody can afford to live here when houses that cost $1million here only costs $350k in other states.
