Ask HN: How to publish papers at rapid pace?

I want to write papers CS or otherwise that are of reasonable quality and can get accepted with 50% acceptance rate at moderately competitive journals.

My topics of interest are CS, human cognition, intuition, HCI, computational storytelling.

1. How to write a paper that gets accepted and gets high citations? 2. As a non-academic, who to approach and how to get papers accepted? 3. How to write high quality papers?

My goal is to publish 10 papers in next 9 months.
