Google Bookmarks closing September 30, 2021

The following message appeared when I logged in to my Google Bookmarks account today:

> After September 30th 2021, Google Bookmarks will no longer be supported. To save your bookmarks, click on "Export bookmarks".

First time I hear about this service.

A friend had the same reaction when I mentioned it was shutting down. I guess Google made no effort to promote it.

I had 7, deleted them. At least I won't miss this one.
