One thing he doesn't mention: how to move past this? I wonder if China will be happy when current sanctions are lifted, and even then they will only continue increasing their monopoly, causing an even bigger problem for the future.
Moving production back to the US/EU as he mentioned will cost so much to do in the short term that it's unviable as a solution (though it should be a long term goal)
