DevOps Handbook and Google SRE book. I’d say the majority of companies still have a ways to go to reach maturity according to either of these.

I second this comment. The key here is that Google SRE doesn't say use X tool, instead it says you should be able to do X. How you architect that depends on what tools you want / risk etc.
