Ask HN: Do you know any EU startups that integrate the PSD2 Directive?

Do you know any European startups that integrate the open banking directive? Since PSD2 is already a thing for a few years, I thought that maybe I can link all my bank accounts in one simple app and can't find any startups that are doing that.
