Ask HN: Widget Toolkit for Electron Apps?

I want to create pretty simple Electron GUI (think TODO list) and want to concentrate on functionality rather than HTML and CSS. Looking at the source code of Electron applications looks like everyone comes up with their own custom widget system and set of styles. Is there anything like QT, GTK, or wxWidgets, but for Electron applications? Something that has rich set of pre-coded GUI components where I can concentrate more on functionality than mucking around CSS.
