WiFi Issues on Pixel Phone

Lately I am experiencing lot of WiFi issues with my Pixel 3. It silently drops my wifi connection and I end up using cellular data for a long time until I realize. When I reconnect it shows weak wifi signal but other devices don't have any issues. I am on Google Fi plan and since I am at home most the time I don't use the data plan (at least that's what I thought). Hope Google is not doing this deliberately :-)
