Has anyone clicked the link to the so-called “leaked documents” [0]?
I clicked the first few links. Those with “freenet.space” domain return 404. And many others (though not all) are just self-references.
Even assuming its sources are correct, CDMD’s goal was to “weaken the Russian State’s influence on its near neighbours.” This is very different from “weakening Russia” sensationalized in the title of the GrayZone article.
How can an opinion piece with questionable sources like this get a few upvotes in an hour on HN?
