"Investigating right now", even when dishonest, sounds more like you're actively trying to fix the situation, which draws a much more positive picture.
Of course, in this situation, it will stop eventually, but are cold facts always the best way to communicate a situation and convey a message? Of course not.
Don't know to be honest. For now it's "complete" in that posting, tagging, etc are all implemented. I'm sure needs for new features will appear if traffic and use goes up. One thing I've already thought about is mailing list mode, meaning threads are mirrored in an email mailing list. Discussion for development is open on the website and github!
